Journey is as beautiful as each milestone

I started my journey with SBFC in Aug 2015 as a CRM. My learning started with Gold Loan product and dealing with customers. In December 2018 I was awarded GEM Star. Later in April 2019 I was promoted as a Branch manager . In my new role, I handled Gold loan & USL business of branch with my team. We had set a new benchmark of 4 CR AUM in Gold loan within a time span of 5 months of me taking over as a Branch Manager. At SBFC, I have not only grown professionally but also personally as an individual. My team and I are growing with the organization and would aim to achieve more. My sincere thanks to all my seniors for believing in me, supporting me in difficult situations and showing the trust on me.

My journey with SBFC is just 9 months old. A relatively short but rich from knowledge and exposure perspective. From workspace point of view it is a perfect blend of organized corporate and a startup culture. Learning is multifold due to inclusive and integrated model of working wherein you interact with various departments and the open door policy surely helps you to learn from vast experience of our seniors and leaders. I believe a joyous journey takes you to beautiful and fruitful destinations!! and I seem to be going through one of those journey currently !!

I am excited for completing the 3 years of journey with SBFC. Time flies, I remember the day when I had joined SBFC as a fresher, I have learnt so many things as a SBFCian. I worked really hard and gave my 100%. I was fortunate enough to work with great mentors and supportive team members. During the 3 years of my journey I have grown personally and professionally and was awarded a Going Extra Mile Award.

Thank you to my seniors for believing in me and thanks to all my colleagues for their support and trust.
