UDAAN- Back in Race

SBFC understands the importance of a career break due to family obligations or personal responsibilities. The most common reasons for women quitting their jobs are marriage, relocation, childbirth and at times caring for the elderly. Balancing Career and Family can have its own set of challenges for women, who bear the brunt of familial responsibilities and societal expectations. But even the longest of sabbaticals cannot rule out a second career for a dedicated professional.

“UDAAN- Back in Race” is a program that enables women to resume their professional life after a career gap. We try to give job opportunity to all such women who wish to come Back in Race again after a career break. We also provide them with necessary support and training to bounce bank in their careers. SBFC believes that skills of professional women could be better utilised if they return to work after the break they willingly take to support their families.
